Katka Manley has spent more than 16 years at the crossroads of startups, corporates, and investment. She brings experience in venture capital, private equity, and financial management of fast-growing companies.
She led investments at Seed Starter, a corporate VC fund focused on fintech, and has evaluated hundreds of investment opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe. Before the startup world, she structured and negotiated over €2 billion in financing for private equity funds.
Katka knows the needs of both investors and founders. She helps startups prepare for fundraising and M&A – from validating a business model to building a pitch deck and data room, all the way to negotiating with investors. Her specialties also include growth strategy, financial management, and fostering collaboration between startups and corporates.
Lenka Pechrová is a strategic coach and mentor for entrepreneurs, managers, and teams. With her professional coaching approach, she identifies a founder’s strengths and project pillars, translating them into clear business strategies. She helps clients create their own confident, actionable path toward their vision and goals.
Lenka draws on more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and strategic leadership, including as managing director of the parent company of brands like Varta, Remington, Russell Hobbs, and Eukanuba. She is also an ICF-certified coach and leads group programs for women looking to boost self-confidence and reclaim space for themselves in their lives.
Víťa Žalud is a trainer of management skills at TeamTest.cz, building on 16 years of leadership experience in top tech companies such as T-Mobile, Jablotron, and Digiteq Automotive. Throughout his career, he has led technology-focused teams in telecom operations as well as software and hardware development.
At TeamTest, Víťa specializes in organizational change management, performance reviews, goal-setting, feedback, and strategic leadership. His practical expertise combined with an empathetic leadership style makes him a coach who effectively helps teams and managers grow – and improve their communication along the way.
Katarina Morvai is a mentor and consultant for entrepreneurs and managers, supporting them in everything from business planning to brand and company culture, organizational design, and team leadership – with a passion for authentic and advanced leadership.
She spent more than 20 years in the entertainment industry, working as a marketing manager at international publisher Ringier, a film producer, and for over 15 years as CEO of Bonton.
Roman Meliška works as a business consultant focused on teamwork and customer service excellence. His strength lies in integrating leadership, sales, communication, and marketing into one coherent whole. He is passionate about micromobility and improving the quality of urban life, serving as advisor and podcast moderator for Urban Caast.
Roman is also a proud mentor with Junior Achievement Czech and Powerhub/EIT Urban Mobility. He founded the non-profit Kolem na kole and helped launch the Czech chapter of Cycling Without Age.
Liliana Unachukwu has been an entrepreneur and early-stage startup advisor for over 10 years.
In 2019 she co-founded Pipette & Chart, a boutique consultancy helping founders grow their projects. She specializes in solving founders’ common challenges – from business planning and IP protection to finding first customers and scaling internationally.
She’s an active mentor in multiple national and international programs such as Lifbee Academy, Women TechEU, ESA BIC, and EIC Tech2Market – and a trusted expert at Lipo.ink.
