Michaela Viskupičová is an Investment Manager at the Slovak fund Impact Ventures.

She previously worked in Amsterdam as a professional fundraiser at a fund placement agency, specializing in raising capital for funds ranging from €100 million to €2 billion. Earlier, she was part of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, focusing on building strong investor relations.

Vanda Seidelová is the first woman to join the Kick-off investor panel and brings global business experience. She studied International Relations in Prague and Bologna, and worked in think tanks and business development across the Czech Republic, China, and the USA.

In 2019, she founded Twigsee, an app for kindergartens, which she successfully exited through a merger with Bakaláři Software. Twigsee placed her among the Top 20 Czech Innovators in 2020 and won 3rd place at the Women Startup Competition Global Finals 2021. Today, she focuses on supporting entrepreneurship and investing in new ventures.

Leon Jakimič is a Czech entrepreneur, founder of Lasvit, and a proud supporter of Liberec. Leon founded Lasvit because he believes that the spaces surrounding us profoundly influence who we are. He was also driven by the desire to spread the renown of Czech glassmaking across the world.

Today, sixteen years after its founding, Lasvit can pride itself on artistic light installations and sculptures showcased worldwide – from New York, Paris, and Dubai to Tokyo. Based in Nový Bor, Lasvit also creates designer lighting collections for private residences in collaboration with leading global designers and is a pioneer in the field of art glass in architecture.

Pavel Paickr is the founder and co-owner of Entry Engineering, a company specializing in technology development, testing, and engineering in the automotive industry. The company was founded in 2011 and today has around 300 employees and a turnover of half a billion.

Since the very beginning, alongside its core business, Entry Engineering has also been dedicated to seeking out new opportunities and interesting people. Within the Vykop program, they aim to create a new and inspiring entrepreneurial story by contributing their know-how and financial resources.

Ondřej Lipold is a Principal at the venture fund Tensor Ventures, which specializes in investments in deep tech projects at the Pre-Seed / Seed stages in the fields of AI, semiconductors, biotech, quantum tech, energy & climate, and other advanced technologies.

He is currently launching the third fund with a size of 50 million euros, supported by the European Investment Fund, with a planned portfolio of 40 projects from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
