Liliana Unachukwu has been an entrepreneur and early-stage startup advisor for over 10 years.
In 2019 she co-founded Pipette & Chart, a boutique consultancy helping founders grow their projects. She specializes in solving founders’ common challenges – from business planning and IP protection to finding first customers and scaling internationally.
She’s an active mentor in multiple national and international programs such as Lifbee Academy, Women TechEU, ESA BIC, and EIC Tech2Market – and a trusted expert at Lipo.ink.
In Kick-off, she leads the Customer & Market workshop.
Roman Klement is currently Commercial Director at Amitia, where he focuses on applying advanced AI in business. He also works as a senior consultant at BIC Plzeň, helping innovative startups scale. Previously, he led sales teams at ČEZ and EPH, managing sales operations, customer portfolio growth, and marketing activities.
Roman’s expertise lies in sales strategy, business development, and brand building across both B2B and B2C markets.
In Kick-off, he leads the Product/Service workshop.
Robert Musil is a lawyer and partner at CLA Law, part of the global CLA network specializing in wealth management. As a mentor, he helps clients navigate investment opportunities and startup growth.
His personal focus is on corporate law, startup investment, and founder succession. He has been collaborating with Lipo.ink almost since its beginning.
In Kick-off, he leads the Legal Affairs workshop, helping teams prepare for the real-world challenges of building a business with investors.
Dominik Byrtus works at repfin, where he creates transparent financial systems that help companies effectively manage cash flow, implement quality reporting, and stay on top of key financial metrics.
His work allows founders to focus on growth while gaining a long-term strategic partner.
In Kick-off, he leads the Financial Plan workshop.

Robert Rott, within SBR Consulting, specializes in business transformation, particularly in strategic projects. He has helped more than 20 Czech and international clients in IT, services, and manufacturing – from strategy and processes to sales skills training.
In addition, he co-founded and now leads his own startup and is dedicated to transformative coaching.
Thanks to this experience, he is able to combine expert know-how in business with an understanding of the real obstacles that companies and entrepreneurs face. He can guide you to answers to your own questions while also helping you avoid dead ends.

Alan Fabik has extensive experience in sales and team leadership, which he gained during his work at companies such as JABLOTRON and HARDWARIO.
His specialization is mentoring and training focused on the efficiency of corporate processes and sales systems, as well as the implementation of new technologies to increase personal productivity.
Alan is the driving force behind the Pátek Business Academy, where he shares his knowledge and business experience with other entrepreneurs and managers. In Kick-off, he led the introductory workshop.
Roman Klement and David Šmat are co-owners of SalesUP, a company focused on increasing business performance in firms.
Roman has been active in sales for more than 20 years, managing strategic customer sales, B2B and B2C segments, customer care, and marketing within various companies.
David, during his 20+ years in B2B sales, has gone through all positions – from a regular salesperson to managing team leaders.
They know how to boost business performance for companies: they set up sales systems, teach managers how to run them, and train salespeople to sell smart. In Kick-off they led the Problem/Product/Service workshop.
For the past 30 years, Peter Skrla has been active in financial consulting, corporate restructuring, and private equity.
In these fields, he has been and/or still is a co-founder and leader of projects and startups.
He is passionate about new technologies and about helping startups bring them to market.
He is also a co-founder of the Czech Business Angel Association, which supports the entry of angel investors into the Czech environment.
In the pilot run of the Kick-off program, he led the Financial Plan workshop.
Mentoring is at the heart of Kick-off. An experienced mentor will guide your project all the way to your first investment.
